Fly Fishing in the Reno and Lake Tahoe area offers some of the most diverse opportunities anywhere. Over 30 years of guiding experience has helped us to become the largest and oldest fly fishing guide service in the region.

Whether you are staying in the Tahoe Basin, the Truckee area, anywhere around Reno, down south to Bridgeport or out in rural Nevada, our guides are right around the corner. We have permits to guide fly anglers in the Tahoe National Forest, Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest and the Plumas National Forest as well as on a variety of other public lands. This allows us to put our clients in the best fishing situation regardless of time of year. Simply put, ”WE GO WHERE THE FISH ARE”

The Truckee and East Walker rivers in both California and Nevada and the Little Truckee River are where most of our stream trips take place as well as some out of the way locations when conditions permit.  Our stillwaters include Pyramid Lake, Eagle Lake, Davis Lake, Frenchman’s Reservoir and some smaller lakes and reservoirs around Reno and Lake Tahoe. We also book 3 private fly fishing ranches: Five Dot Ranch near Susanville, CA, Lassen Meadows Ranch near Chester, CA and Smith Creek Ranch near Austin, NV.  Being able to take our clients just about anywhere makes for better fishing and happier clients!
